Connector selection is currently being reworked, these buttons have been replaced by links
instead.
Not sure how the final UI will look like, I'll let Mickaël decide if we can resolve
this issue as "won't fix"

When no plug-in check boxes are selected in Software/Update tab, then Deselect All button
should be disabled as this action has no use.
When all plug-in check boxes are selected in Software/Update tab, then Select All button
should be disabled as this action has no use.
