Settings are already configured, next step is to give a try by using unified.target on
Jenkins and see whether it uses the right mirror.
If it's working, it means we can apply the simplification suggested on

Starting from 0.16, Tycho will support mirrors for repositories in .target files.
We should use them for our performance optimization, and replace profiles and so on by
configuration of settings.xml.
