im not talking about setting the editor as default editor - just not going weird on
unknown ones - the editor should just assume its XHMTL if its not a recognized one ....or
XML if its xml editor.

take a working index.html and rename it to index.php and suddenly the editor don't
want to show it complaining about non matching content type.
rename back to .html and it works fine.
Can't we make the editor accept content without having it registered as supporter of
the identified content type?
