[~jrichter1] can you add a label or an overall jira that you link these issues with
respect to scaling together with ?
I'm not sure how much of this we can fix without changes to SWT upstream but if we do
find a solution it would be good to be able to check for the cases we've already
identified as problematic.

Setting a higher UI scale factor in your OS breaks the address bar. So far I got this on
Windows 10 and Fedora 22 with Gnome.
