Historically, master moves to next year's Eclipse train and 8.0.x / 8.1 are built from
the 4.2.x branch. So... yes. Might as well move up to 9.0 in master. Or else 8.5?
Either way I've disabled the central target platform build job in master branch so it
won't conflict w/ the stuff being built in the 4.2.luna branch.
Both of jbosstools-discovery publish same version of Central TPs

jbosstools-discovery plugin is branched according to JBoss Tools train. However, it
contains TPs that are versioned according to Eclipse release train.
Because of that, we currently have the same version of the Discovery target definitions
on both master and jbosstools-4.2.x branch. That leads to some uncertainity about which
branch/job is going to publish the Central site.
