Actually it doesn't require JSF but it requires wst validation builder. When you add
JSF support you add wst validation builder as well. Need some investigation if it's
possilbe to have wst validation without wst validation builder installed.

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but I did not get validation errors for my CDI
enabled project before I added JSF support.
CDI validation shouldn't require JSF.
