Finally I managed to hide Seam actions in case of a not-Seam project. The same for CDI
stuff.
So CDI actions are available only for CDI projects (in Project Explorer) and Seam ones for
Seam (1/2) projects.
Also I removed all the CDI annotations from the menu. It now contains New Bean, Decorator
and Intercpetor only.
