This feature request is for Webtools. Eclipse Kepler R releasing this week, even if we
provide fix it is not going to be accepted until SR1.
I am moving to 4.1.x/4.2.x streams.

When you select multiple servers in server view, it is not possible to delete them all at
once. It would be nice to be able to do that - select multiple servers and then hit Delete
(or right-click -> Delete).
