org.jboss.tools.maven.jbosspackaging.feature is used to add support for (mavenized) SAR
projects.
For the moment, I'm +0 on any decision we make. I'd like to know some usage stats
on that plugin, as we have little to no feedback on that feature.
So I'm not sure it deserves to show up in Central.
These stats may help decide our next move. [~maxandersen]?

JBDS Extras currently includes com.jboss.jbds.m2e.extras.feature, which is just a wrapper
for org.jboss.tools.maven.gwt.feature + org.jboss.tools.maven.jbosspackaging.feature.
Central includes org.jboss.tools.maven.gwt.feature, but not
org.jboss.tools.maven.jbosspackaging.feature. org.jboss.tools.maven.jbosspackaging.feature
is currently in JBT Core and JBDS Extras sites.
