I am using EAP 5.1 When I choose some higher slider level (install, start, test) service
is deployed as expected. Slider level "Deploy" should also assure web service
deploying.

I am facing some problem with standard Web Service dialog. Both Bottom-Up and Top-Down
web services are not deployed when selecting slider level "Deploy Service". They
are successfully created but I have to deploy them manually.
