Target Release: 7.1.0.GA (was: 3.0.2.GA)
CDW currently defaults to "first unreleased version" which is 3.0.2.GA in JBDS.
Thus moved this and other issues from target release 3.0.2 to 7.1.0.

I know some would consider this a 'feature' but it feels strange to have a red
(or blue) theme with white background and then all the dialogs (warnings, prefs, update
center, etc. )are grey. They would also welcome a touch of white and red (or blue)
