Snjezana, if portal cannot be used outside of seam wizard then it 1)
should say so 2) still not freeze.
Any Seam project can't be created out of the Seam Web Project wizard because the Seam
facet creates additional projects like ejb,ear,test. Since Seam portlet is a Seam
project,we have to use the Seam Web Project wizard to create it.
JSF and Java portlet can be created using the Dynamic Web Project wizard.
Anyway, it seems that this issue is related to 64-bit OS or JDK because it can't be
reproduced on any 32-bit OS.

I tried to create a JSF Portlet project (Facet enabled where JSF 1.2, Core Portlet,
JSF/Seam Portlet), and then default options for an EPP target runtime.
The creation of the project gets stuck "Installing JSF Facet", I'll attach
the jstack result that shows a deadlock.
