When creating and embedding in one go (in the app creation wizard), the app is created in
a first step and the checked cartridges embedded right afterwards. If the app creation
timeouts, no cartridges are added since the creation failed. So to me - unless reproducing
shows me something different - I'd still bet that the probleme here is the timeout.

h4. Tried to create medium gear application, scaled, with MySQL:
h5. Application configuration page

h5. Application is created on OpenShift, but JBDS still says 'creating'
