[~nickboldt] When can we have the jre paths added to parent pom? The default surefire
timeout already exists in parent. I would like to actually have my i-test branch not
simply be a dead-end for the next 2 months.

Some properties (and maybe the -Pitest profile) in the root of jbosstools-server can
eventually be moved into the parent pom for reuse by other projects.
