Delete domain does not check existence of applications, but dialog provide a checkbox to
include applications deletion, too.
If the user does not check that option and his domain has applications, the operation will
fail and an error dialog will appear.

In the OpenShift Explorer view, if the user node has not been expanded before, when
right-clicking on the user to make the contextual menu appear, the UI delay is noticeable,
since there is a request sent to OpenShift to check if the domain has applications or not.
This check should be removed and error in case of domain deletion properly handled.
