BTW the only difference between the "New JavaScript Source File" and "New
File" wizards is that "New JavaScript" addes .js to the file name. Is it
worth adding this wizard to New menu?
Context New Menu does not provide the best options for
"webapp"

Once a project has been started (via one of the JBoss Central Archetypes) is it common
for the user to then add new components to the project. These components might be:
- JSF/XHTML pages into the webapp root folder
- New packages for models, rest endpoints, JSF "controller bean"
- model object
- jax-rs endpoint
- jsf controller bean
- EJB
