Additional details:
Eclipse Ganymede (3.4.1) J2EE developers package, Sun 1.5 VM. Using dropins folder for
JBT.
Works correctly with JBT 3CR2 build, but not current nightly build.
JBoss AS and Server view not avaiable

The JBoss AS perspective does not appear in the perspective list, and the JBoss Server
view is not present.
No stack trace or other debug information from Eclipse log/plug-in registry. The strange
thing is that all the plug-ins seem to load, but these components are not present.
