Tools are convinced that server is started. But it is not, it looks like web port poller does not check anything. Is it intended? On the other hand, If I have local adapter and I change HTTP port by hand to something wrong (like 8081) but server uses 8080 and I start this server using tools, it gets never started from the IDE point of view, since it is not able to reach 8081, which correct.
