Could you please gimme more information about how precisely should it look like / work?
Bcs If it is expected to be same as on the screenshot above, then it is not.
When I start typing "On" and then open content assist shell, there are
suggestions "OnOpen" "OnMessage" "OnError" and
"OnClose", but if I choose any of them, just plain text is added, no at
character before it so it is not an annotation. Also description next to those content
proposals are empty.

Content assist for classes annotated @ServerEndpoint or @ClientEndpoint with the
following proposals:
- Add @OnMessage method (if not present yet)
- Add @OnOpen method
- Add @OnClose method
- Add @OnError method
