Please have a look at the top menu bar. There is a "Routes" menu where you can
choose the route you want to see in the editor. That also works when using the Outline
view.
This is not a bug but expected behaviour.

If you open an XML file with multiple Camel routes defined, only the first route is
rendered in "Design" view/mode.
