Agree with what's said in the description. The size of footer has been determined and
the outcome is better than what we had before.
The key point here is that it should be clear to our users that there is additional
content below the page fold, so they will know they can scroll down.

The footer on the confirm page would look better if it cut into the display of one of the
components to be installed. Also, remove the transparency.
