We have some troubles with implementing this task. The main problem is that we have no
BrowserSim icon in taskbar on Windows. SWT.ON_TOP is designed this way. Doing like this
makes sense, but it doesn't suits us well.

watching demos and using browsersim on 13" laptops having to toggle between the IDE
and browsersim gets annoying.
Would be great if one could tell Browsersim to stay on top of all other windows
(SWT.ON_TOP)
