Reason:
About 99.98% of the possible images to start/launch won't have the control file or
matching AS server to start from. Thus does not make sense to have as default.
RSE setting up the SSH connection is much more likely; so less questionable.
Launch instance wizard: "Create Server adapter" should not
be enabled by default

A server adapter should not be created by default. The user shall have to enable this
