patch JBIDE-1173_20080415.zip includes:
1) workaround for mysql (and other db) which do not return catalog name in TABLE_CAT field
for columns;
2) add schema & catalog code complition for annotations;
3) add more intelligence suggestion if some of parameters is not specified;
this patch should be correct enough - I do not see what is also possible change/add here;
