I did a bit of both here for ya, fred, and made it work for exploring the server, but not
the deployments (since the deployments are in some internal metadata location). ;)
Action shows only when appropriate now!

I have some tomcat instances in my Servers view, if I right click on them, the
"Explore" menu is displayed, but does nothing.
We should :
- hide it from non supported runtimes
- make it work for tomcat servers (optional but that'd be super awesome). I don't
have high expectations on seeing that be fixed though ;-)
