Now BrowserSim for Windows ([this
branch|https://github.com/yradtsevich/jbosstools-vpe/tree/livereload-poc] can be used for
testing) does not work with the LiveReload server.
Our investigation of this bug shows that the problem is that Safari WebSocket
implementation has protocol version {{-1}} (draft), but the minimum supported version of
the LiveReload server is {{13}}
