I don't think we can do anything to remove the Eclipse welcome screen, but removing
the introPage is mainly a matter of removing the extension to org.eclipse.ui.intro form
https://github.com/jbdevstudio/jbdevstudio-product/blob/master/plugins/co...
and related properties product extension.

The welcome page for JBDS is really useless. It doesn't provide any value to the
user. Moreover, it looks quite old-fashioned.
In such case, it would be better to remove it and prevent users from seeing it.
