Ah. I can perhaps see part of the issue now.
The N&N says 'There is now a keyboard shortcut that brings up a pop-up with a list
of commands that can be applied in the current context. By default this command is
'Ctrl+4' '
But Ctrl+4 is also used to start Forge.
So once Forge is started, will Ctrl+4 bring up the list of commands?
