Hey Rob -
Yes - the JVM Monitor notion of a JVM on a remote host is supplanted by the JMX
remote connection. I'd say we should stick with one for clarity sake. I guess we
could add an interlude for the ConnectionWrapper/IActiveJVM. Can we Jira each enhancement
separately? - that way we can weigh each on its own merits.

Much of the UI from
http://www.jvmmonitor.org/doc/index.html#Monitoring_JVM_on_remote_host is missing and
disabled. We must discover where it's gone, why it's disabled, and whether it can
be re-activated.
