You misunderstand. Pack200 artifacts have been removed from the installer, so it's
back to its previous size.
Pack200 artifacts remain in the update site and update site zip, because while it would be
nice to only include the packed jars and not the regular ones, we can't assume
everyone has a good JDK which works w/ unpack200 correctly (can we?) and so we need to
include BOTH packed and unpacked artifacts.
