Martin Malina commented on JBDS-3182:

+1 to this. We could still inform the user if the chosen jdk is 32bit or 64bit though. But
no need for a radio button.
Installer step 4: remove obsolete 'bit' radio buttons
-----------------------------------------------------
Key: JBDS-3182
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-3182
Project: Developer Studio (JBoss Developer Studio)
Issue Type: Enhancement
Components: installer
Affects Versions: 8.0.0.CR2
Reporter: Michelle Murray
Priority: Minor
Installer step 4 (Select JVM) has 'Installation Type' and radio buttons for 64
and 32 bit Java developer kits. This is now obsolete and should be removed:
* There is no 32-bit supported OS X-JDK combination.
* The radio buttons don't work for Linux-based or Windows OS for which there is
supported 32/64 bit supported OS-JDK combinations.
