Yes, name of that element is "Flip Toggle Switch" (from jQuery docs) we just do not have enough space in Palette for full labels so we show short ones. But, for example these three words are synonyms, and there is no other "switch" or "toggle" (If we have many "switch"(es) or "toggle"(s) filter would show all of them). I do not see any bad things in this approach. This is common practice to have additional keywords or tags which influence search or filtering.
