* Add a freemarker template (any type) but don't perform any mappings (the template
element is empty in the config)
* Run the config.
Get an exception from the Smooks runtime.
* Add a mapping (the template element gets populated in the config)
* Run the config.
All is fine.
Should populate the template on creation.
