The thing I dont get is that I see OpenShift v3 features in cathegory.xml for
jbdevstudio-product, [~nickboldt] added it on the 18th of February:

OpenShift added new features to support v3 OpenShift. These new features need to show up
in the JBDS installer.
For JBT this was done in JBIDE-19162. We now need the same for DevStudio
