Pull request to move to Luna SR2 RC4 (hopefully promoted next weel as Luna SR2):

p2diff shows not added/removed IUs. Only Mylyn and TM pushed newer builds. All other
projects (including Platform and Webtools) have provided same bundles that they did for
the RC3. So no big change here.
