Maybe we could add Guvnor perspective to perspectives.
If Drools and Guvnor are not intended to be on Welcome page just resolve this Jira and I
will close it.

On the Welcome page (Help->Welcome), there are several options. SOA/integration
technologies are not well represented. For example:
Create New.. -- should offer options to create other JBoss project types like Drools, ESB
and Data Services
Perspectives -- should include Drools and Teiid Designer perspectives
