Summary:
For plug-ins:
* master = changed to 4.2 for JBT but 7.1.0 for JBDS - should be 7.2.0 or 8.0.0 (depending
on what is decided)
* 4.1.x = not yet changed, needed to be 4.1.1 for JBT and 7.1.0 for JBDS
^ will wait until closer to GA to modify plug-in books
