How can be useful simulations of el expressions for others types of files(any user
cases)?
We now can't specify any jboss tools specific parameters for this files.
For Visual Page Editor it's usefully for generation preview when in attributes used an
el expression.

currently we just have hardcoded resolvement of requestContextPath in el's.
What we really want is to resolve this *generically* for all tags and for users to be
specify what value they want specific el variables to resolve to.
