Resolution: Won't Fix
This sounded like a good idea at the time, however..
The BPEL project facet and dynamic web service facet are mutually exclusive - these
projects MUST remain separate so that the deployer knows which bits to deploy, and where.
We may revisit this in the future once the deployer issues are sorted out and project
facets are compatible.
