the "Run As > mvn package" item was removed from in m2e 1.0, to unclutter the
menu.
It will NOT be added back in m2e core.
However, I can investigate how we can contribute new items there, from a 3rd party plugin
perspective.

In Java EE land you tend to use "mvn package", but that is not listed in the
menu, nor is it visible in the dialog. Not too mention, having the Maven commands under
the Run menu option, instead of the Maven menu is counter-intuitive.
