[~fbricon] suggested today that we simply remove the extra category declaration from the
.earlyaccess version of the plugin.xml, which I've now done as an update to
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-discovery/pull/165
So we're back to including the EA content in the existing Web Development category,
but without the error log warning.
