How is JAX-RS enabled? Do you add any nature or modify any resource in the project
somehow? Do you add a WST validation builder to the project when enabling JAX-RS?
Our validators are triggered by WST validation builder. So you have to have this builder
installed and you also have to have any resource of the project changed to trigger the
validation.
JAX-RS Problems doesn't appears after the JAX-RS Support is

JAX-RS validation runs when there is a change in the project with JAX-RS Support.
However, it doesn't run right after the JAX-RS Support is enabled.
