QA also needs this to be able to automatically compare CSP bits SHA sum and SHA sums
displayed on CSP portal to original SHA sums
use SHA256 instead of SHA1 when digesting zips and jars

CSP & GoldenGate uses SHA256 digests, so we should use that instead of SHA1.
