No. These tests don't require jBPM runtime and they do really nothing with jBPM. They
test only VPE templates and everything that connected with visual representation of jBPM
components in VPE (JBIDE-6114). So, if you don't like JBPMAllTests name, we can rename
JBPMVPEAllTests...

We've got 2 new plug-ins in trunk: trunk\jsf\plugins\org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jbpm and
trunk\jsf\tests\org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jbpm.test. The last plug-in contains test suite
JBPMAllTests
(org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jbpm.test\src\org\jboss\tools\jsf\vpe\jbpm\test\JBPMAllTests)
that should be run on server.
