This seems to be fixed. During loading of applications the Eclipse UI is responsive and if
an error occurs the error message is shown instead of list of applications in OpenShift
Console view.

When expanding a user in the express console view, a loading... appears. If this loading
attempt fails due to a timeout exception, the UI freezes for 30-45 seconds, and the user
is left confused as to what happened. An error is logged, but, the user has no way to know
to check the error log.
