Pushed tiny fix to master... port offset is only as71 or higher and had no corresponding
section in plugin.properties, so was not automatically updated when lists of server types
in plugin.properties was updated.
This has been fixed.

The "Ports" section of the server editor for wf9 and wf10 seems to be missing
the "Port Offset". This should be investigated.
