Brian to answer your first question. I didn't select 2.0, I left everything default,
only runtime path was selected manually via file manager via Browse button. After that,
all other values were generated automatically.

I have tried several runtimes (EAP, EPP, SOA-P, AS). Only retrieving information
(Implementation provider and version number) from JBoss AS 7.1.1 Final is not successful.
