I added detailled reporting with the application being deleted and the % of the total work
that's done so far:

I am now also checking job cancelling.

Just noticed that when deleting 1 or multiple applications the only progress is
"Deleting OpenShift Applications(s)...".
I assume these are being deleted 1 by 1, wouldn't it be possible to actually report
the status incrementally ?
I.e. Deleting application 'test' 1 out of 4
or similar ?
