Jan Richter commented on JBDS-3456:
-----------------------------------
We tried this on a couple of machines and so far it happened on my Fedora 20 and
[~rhopp]'s Fedora 21/22 (I don't know exactly which one he is using). We could not
get it to happen on Ubuntu either. The thing is, it only seems to happen when the window
takes a little longer to load. I don't know the reason to this but from what I saw it
seems to happen on Fedora only. Sometimes the window just renders slowly and at that time
it is vulnerable. Ubuntu has not yet given me the chance to crash it
And strangely it does not produce a Java crash log even if it says JVM has crashed.
Resizing JBDS window right after is appears crashes it with GTK3

Key: JBDS-3456
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-3456
Project: Developer Studio (JBoss Developer Studio)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: ui/branding
Affects Versions: 9.0.0.Beta1
Reporter: Jan Richter
Assignee: Snjezana Peco
If I try to resize/maximize the JBDS window right after launch, it crashes when the
window has not finished rendering before the resize. There is no error in the log, just
Fedora telling me that the JVM crashed. Running with GTK2 doesn't produce this issue.
