Per decision on today's PM call, I've dev and pm ack'd this issue and set
fixversion = Beta1.
Installer should require user to select Java 8 to be used to run JBDS
9.0 IDE

If we only support running the JBDS 9.0 IDE with Java 8, then the installer should
prevent the user from installing with older versions of Java. Thx!
